Integral three-dimensional display system with wide viewing zone and depth range using time-division display and eye-tracking technology

We propose an integral three-dimensional (3D) display system with a wide viewing zone and depth range using time-division eye-tracking technology. In the proposed system, optical (OVZ) is narrowed to size that only covers eye increase light ray density lens array long focal length. addition, low crosstalk respect viewer’s movement constructed by forming combined OVZ (COVZ) both eyes through display. Further, directional backlight used dynamically control COVZ realize (SVZ). The luminance unevenness reduced partially overlapping two OVZs. combination of OVZs formed angle ∼1.6 times larger than OVZ, SVZ 81.4 deg 47.6 for horizontal vertical directions, respectively, was achieved comparison results three types systems (i.e., conventional our previously developed currently system) confirmed 3D images in wider other systems.
